Does Selectek offer clerical or warehouse jobs?
No. We stick to what we are best at – placing technical talent in positions for the Engineering, IT and Telecom industries.
What level jobs do you offer?
We typically need intermediate-level candidates with a minimum of three to five years experience who can hit the ground running. However, we occasionally need to fill positions for management and entry levels, so whatever your skill level, it's worth it to give us your resume.
How long is the average Selectek assignment?
Assignments with Selectek will vary in length from a few days to a few weeks, although we prefer to place our people in assignments that last for six months or longer.

Selectek works with companies of all sizes, including some you've heard of and some you haven't. But whether we place you with a Fortune 100 company or a mid size enterprise, you will be challenged, appreciated, and most importantly, paid.
What benefits does Selectek offer?
Contracting has its privileges. Selectek offers a yearly bonus plan, paid holidays and other benefits for temporary employees based on hours accrued. In the United States, we also offer direct deposit and a 401k plan.
How often do I get paid?
Selectek operates on a weekly compensation basis. Timesheets are due on Monday by 8:00 AM EST and Friday is payday.
If I am sick and can't work, who should I call?
We depend on you to honor your commitments, but if the unavoidable happens and you find yourself unable to work, call your Selectek contact first. She or he will make arrangements with your job supervisor and let you know how to proceed from there. |
