How long does it take you to fill my job order?
It is Selectek’s policy to respond to new job orders immediately. Your jobs will be filled within the day and your
Selectek representative will stay in close communication with you regarding the status of your order.

What are your fees?
Fees are based on industry standards and calculated from acceptable market rates in your area plus a small mark up. For permanent placement, fees are based on a percentage of the first year’s salary.

Where do you find your candidates?
We source our candidates from an extensive network of current and past Selectek contractors, as well as from our internal database.

How do you screen your applicants?
Selectek conducts thorough resume and supervisor reference reviews. More extensive reference checks are available by arrangement along with drug, criminal background and financial screenings.

Do Selectek contractors receive benefits?
Yes. We believe in taking care of the people we represent. Selectek offers a yearly bonus plan, paid holidays and other benefits for temporary employees based on hours accrued. In the United States, we also offer direct deposit and a 401k plan.
